  • understanding how to fuel your body in a way that supports hormonal balance
  • identifying what is putting your system under strain, and building boundaries that actually hold
  • identity shifts — who you’ve been, and who you are now
  • rebuilding bandwidth and internal capacity
  • practical redesign of work, relationships, and daily life
