Debbie is a powerhouse. She is able to coach groups through sensitive conversations with ease, and in the end, what could have been a difficult and heavy session was a fun, interactive and truth-filled time. I left feeling lighter and full of hope. Debbie is so well equipped to hold a space like this. The way she structured it and took us through it was the perfect mix of theory and sharing.

I have experienced Debbie’s coaching and master classes first hand, and would highly recommend her. Her down to earth approach, combined with a real understanding of not only menopause symptoms, but also the physiological changes occurring within the body, make her a great source of knowledge. As a HR Consultant myself, I would also recommend Debbie to other consultants or businesses who want to take menopause seriously in the workplace.

I’ve joined a few of Debbie’s coaching calls now and honestly, every single one has given me something new to take away. The knowledge she shares around “the M word” is backed up with facts and real insight, but she explains everything in such an easy-to-understand way. Debbie never takes a one-size-fits-all approach. She shapes each session around the people in the room and their businesses, making every call engaging and valuable. I always come away with practical ideas I can actually use, as well as a much better understanding of the topics we’ve covered. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely cares about helping people and businesses grow, I’d definitely recommend Debbie.

I am just in awe of you Debbie, knowing a little bit about where you have come from, what you have been through, and to hear you sounding so strong and in your power, despite your challenges, well, for me, there is no better person to guide me through this next phase of life, I think you put on a BRILLIANT workshop and I can’t wait to see/hear more from you! Debbie was very skilled at leading us all through it and giving us all a chance to speak up - she's a natural! The session reminded me that that was what I needed to do, and that if she can do it, so can I! :)

Debbie was a brilliant workshop facilitator - taking great care of everyone in the space, ensuring we all had a chance to share - asking probing questions with fun and warmth. The workshop left me feeling taken care of and energised.
