Did you know? Around 1 in 4 women consider leaving their job because of the impact of their menopause symptoms
Menopause coaching helps you work out what’s actually happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause, and what to do about it.
It’s not therapy and it’s not medical care. It’s practical, structured work across the four things that change most in midlife: how you fuel your body, how you sleep, how your nervous system copes, and who you are now.
I’m Debbie Taylor, a midlife and menopause coach with a 900-hour diploma and 25 years in leadership and people management. I’m not a clinician – sometimes the right answer is your GP, and I’ll tell you when it is.

“If you had the bandwidth,
you’d have figured this out already.”
I believe that if you’re already stretched, already tired, and already carrying too much, you probably don’t have the capacity to leap straight into a big commitment.
Which is why I don’t sell women a fantasy where change requires:
30 minutes a day
5am mornings
Perfect routines
Endless willpower
Instead, I meet you where you are.
That starts with the basics. If you’re waking at 3am and can’t get back to sleep, nothing else is going to stick until we fix that first.
Then we understand what’s changed, what feels hardest right now, and what your system can realistically hold.
And we go from there.

Every individual journey with me starts here.
Not with a programme. Not with a commitment.
But with a calm, no-pressure conversation.
This is a space to talk through what’s been happening for you, understand what’s changed, and work out what level of support would be most helpful right now.
And if you’re still at the stage of wondering whether this is perimenopause at all, start here
It’s also a chance for you to see whether I’m the right person to support you.
There is no obligation to move forward.
Clarity is the goal.
There are a few different ways to work with me, depending on where you are and how much capacity you have right now.
You don’t need to decide everything today.

The Menopause MOT (90 minutes)
A single, focused session for women who want support but don’t have the time or headspace to commit to a lengthy programme.
Just one session - bringing clarity, calm, and a simple, doable plan you can actually follow.

The Menopause RoadMAP (6 sessions)
For women who know menopause isn’t just a blip and who want to rebuild properly rather than patch things up and hope for the best.
This is deeper work focused on nervous system regulation, identity, mental wellness, boundaries, and sustainable life redesign.

The Menopause Mastermind
A 12 month group-based package for women who understand the changes menopause creates in the body, and want sustained, reliable support to build lasting stability.
This runs via a waitlist and opens periodically.

The first step is simple.
Book a free 30-minute conversation
and we’ll work out what support makes sense for you now.
You don’t need to be ready.
You just need to start where you are.
I do this because menopause nearly took my career, my health and my sense of who I was. That’s the whole story.
