Do I need to have worked with you before joining?
Usually, yes.
Most members join after a Menopause MOT or Menopause MAP because that gives us shared language and foundations. Occasionally I accept women who are new to my work, but we’ll decide that together in a conversation first.
No.
This is a structured coaching community focused on practical change, regulation, and decision-making. It’s supportive and confidential, but it is not therapy or a clinical group process.
Yes.
The Mastermind supports women across perimenopause and menopause. The focus is on capacity, nervous system regulation, boundaries, and sustainable change — which are relevant across this whole stage.
You’re never forced to share.
Many women participate by listening first and speaking more as they feel comfortable. You’re welcome to engage at a pace that feels right — though willingness to participate over time is important.
You won’t be removed for missing a session.
Life happens. You’ll still have access to the community and support between sessions. Regular attendance is encouraged, because consistency is what creates results.
The Menopause Mastermind is a 12-month programme, because meaningful, lasting change needs continuity and consistency.
When you join, you’re committing to the full year with the group. That shared commitment is part of what makes the community focused, stable, and high-quality.
